GLA高产菌株的筛选及菌丝体脂肪酸组成的气相色谱质谱分析

【摘要】 筛选出1株菌丝体脂肪酸中GLA含量在18%以上的高产菌株,经鉴定为刺孢小克银汉霉(Cunninghamellaechinulata).采用气相色谱质谱对菌丝体脂肪酸组成进行分析,共检测出12种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量为81.3%,主要为油酸(OA)、亚油酸(LA)、γ亚麻酸(GLA),还含有少量的二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等,初步表明筛选获得了1株高产GLA的发酵生产菌株.

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>A fungus was obtained and identified to be Cunninghamella echinulata from the soil sample of different areas, it produced relatively large amount of oil with GLA(>18.0%). The components of it’s mycelium fatty acids were analyzed by GC-SM. Twelve fatty acids were identified and their relative contents were determined. Polyunsaturated fatty acids in the mycelium oil accounted for 81.3% and mainly comprised Oleic acid (OA) Linoleic acid(LA) r-Linolenic acid (GLA), contained a little Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic (DHA). The results indicated that it is a GLA productive fungus.
