【Abstract】 A new thermosetting inorganic resin binder,which can be applied in foundry industry for making moulds and cores with no any harm to environment,is studied in this paper.The sand molds or cores bonded by the binder have high strength,good humidity resistance and excellent collapsibility.There is no harm odor and no smoking during sand preparation and mould or core making and during metal pouring.It is a real green and environment protective bonding material.更多还原
