碳钢高温氧化的实验研究
Study on the Carbon Steel High-temperature Oxidation
【摘要】 文章采用失重法对结构钢45#钢和工具钢T10钢的高温氧化进行了实验研究。实验表明,碳钢在加热温度为800~1 000℃加热时间为6 h范围内的氧化增重量最高可达到4.2 g,占总质量的14.0%;由计算得到的氧化回归方程与氧化曲线的相关系数可达到0.9以上,高温氧化烧损量与温度和时间均呈抛物线规律。
【Abstract】 The high-temperature oxidation of carbon steel ,No.45 steel and T10 steel as examples,is studied by the way of weight increase for the purpose of find the rules of oxidation and study some factors which can infection the high-temperature oxidation. As experiment proves that the carbon steel increase of high-temperature oxidation can reach 4.2 g, 14.0% of the carbon steel’s weight, after heated 6 hours between (800 ℃)~1 000 ℃ .The relation coefficient between regression equation and oxidation curve is over 0.9 and the rules of oxidation - temperature and oxidation - time are parabolas.
