【Abstract】 China has been the earliest country in researching and applying Full Mould Casting (EPC) in 40 years; especially in recent years the yield of castings has increased year after year, its speed of development is very swift. According to the incomplete statistics, the yield of EPC castings is 14.0 ten thousand tons in China in 2003, it is 61 times than that of 1991 and 9.3 times than that of 1995.
