Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1大块金属玻璃的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Bulk Metallic Glass Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1
【摘要】 用单辊甩带法和铜模铸造法制备了新型Ti基大块金属玻璃Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1。DSC、DTA研究表明该合金具有较高的热力学稳定性,其第1晶化温度Tx1、玻璃转变温度Tg、过冷液相区间ΔTx 以及约化转变温度Trg分别为705、750、45、0.63 K。压缩性能研究其压缩断裂强度、弹性模量和压缩塑性变形量分别为2 304 MPa、120 GPa和1.1%。研究发现,具有复杂拓扑结构的原子配比提高了Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Hf3Si3B0.5大块金属玻璃的力学性能和热力学性能。
【Abstract】 New Ti based metallic glass with the composition of Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1 was prepared by melt-spinning and copper mold casting method. DSC, DTA were employed to investigate thermal stability of the glass. The results show that the first crystallization temperature (Tx), the glass transition temperature (Tg), the temperature interval of the supercool liquid region before crystallization and the reduced glass transition temperature are 705 K, 750 K, 45 K and 0.63 K. The compressive strength, the plastic (serration) strain and young’s modulus under compressive condition are 2 325 MPa, 1.6% and 118 GPa, respectively. The complex topological structure of the atoms improves the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1.
