T91钢高温高压水蒸汽氧化膜微观组织结构研究
Research on the Microstructure of the Oxidation Film of T91 Steel Tube under the High Temperature and High Pressure Water Vapor
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对高温高压水蒸汽条件下的T91钢氧化层形貌和氧化膜成分进行观察和分析。结果表明:氧化层的外层主要是粗柱状晶组织,其根部为细等轴晶组织;内层是单相无晶界结构。在表面生成CrFe2O6 氧化物的单相无晶界非晶体簿膜,它是在Cr、Fe与O的供应相对较充足的环境中,由直径约0.1~0.2μm的纳米级CrFe2O6 氧化物小粒子堆积而成;继续氧化时,在非晶体层表面生长出CrFe2O4 氧化物晶体层,在该晶体层生长的初期,(Fe、Cr):O比与非晶体层一致,但Cr逐渐减少而Fe渐多,并且Fe、Cr离子在CrFe2O4 氧化物晶体中严重缺位约37%。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and of the oxidation layers of T91 steel tube under the high-temperature and high-pressure water vapor, the profile morphologies of the oxidation film of T91 boiler was observed by the SEM, and the phase structure of the oxide layer was also analyzed by Energy spectrum. The results showed that under high-temperature and high-pressure water vapor the oxide layer of T91 steel tube will produce CrFe2O6 on its surface which is single phase structure non-grain boundary non-crystal film ,The film is built up by lots of CrFe2O6 which diameter is between 0.1 μm to 0.2 μm, when the Cr、Fe and O is provided enough; And the surface of CrFe2O6 will produce CrFe2O4 crystal layer. At the begin of the grown of this crytal layer, the rate of (Cr、Fe) to O is constant to the non-crytal layer, but the Cr of CrFe2O6 is more than the one of CrFe2O4, the Fe of CrFe2O6 is less than the one of CrFe2O4 .The Fe and Cr will omit 37% in CrFe2O4.
