市场环境下的铸造企业组织重构的研究

【摘要】 阐述了市场环境下铸造企业运行过程中的主要特点:①市场部门与技术部门在信息流通上的日益融合;②企业员工合作方式需要改进;③企业人力资源的整体管理方法;④企业组织结构的动态调整;⑤如何降低铸件生产中的积累信息误差;⑥铸造技术中心的建立;⑦企业发展战略研究部门的设立等。根据这些特点给出了铸造企业在市场环境下的宏观描述模型,并据此描述模型重构了中小型铸造企业在市场环境下的总体组织结构,对其运行过程进行了说明。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the main characteristics during the running course of foundry enterprise in the market were discussed, they are: ①the sales department joined closely with technology department in information transmitting; ②the employee corporation form need to be improved; ③the whole human resource managing system need to be established; ④the establishment of research department for the dynamic adjustment of enterprise’s structure; ⑤how to reduce the accumulating information error in the course of technique center; ⑥the establishment of foundry enterprise’s technique center; ⑦the establishment of foundry enterprise’s market strategy study center. Based on the above, a description model of foundry enterprise are given, then a new structure of foundry enterprise are designed, and its running process are also described.
