不同分子质量的DADMAC-AM共聚物在造纸白水中的絮凝作用
Flocculation Performance of DADMAC-AM Copolymer on White Water
【摘要】 合成了两种不同分子质量的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 丙烯酰胺共聚物 (DADMAC AM共聚物 ) ,探讨了它们在模拟造纸白水中的絮凝行为。实验结果表明 ,DADMAC AM共聚物对含高岭土和纸浆微细组分的模拟造纸白水有显著的絮凝效果 ,脱色率和去浊率最高可分别达到 96 .6 %和97.4 % ;纸浆纤维微细组分的回收率达 96 .7%、高岭土回收率达 72 .6 %。相对分子质量为 312万的DADMAC AM共聚物的最佳添加量为 1mg/L ,仅为相对分子质量 12 5万时的一半。
【Abstract】 Two DADMAC-AM copolymers with different molecular weights were synthesized, and the performance of the polymers used as the flocculants of the solid components in the simulated white water of papermaking was investigated. The results show that the copolymers exhibited significant flocculation effects on kaolin and fine of white water. The largest percentages of decoloration and deturbidity are as high as 96.6% and 97.4%, respectively. The retention of the fine and kaolin is 96.7% and 72.6%, respectively. The optimum dosage of the copolymer with molecular weight of 3 12 million in treating white water is 1 mg/L, which is half of that of the copolymer with molecular weight of 1.25 million.
