虚拟数控加工过程仿真技术
Studying on Virtual NC Machining Process Simulation Technology
【摘要】 虚拟数控加工过程仿真分几何仿真和物理仿真,几何仿真研究成果很多,笔者总结了实现数控加工几何仿真的几种常见方案。物理仿真由于切削机理复杂,建模难度大,目前还处于理论研究阶段,是今后发展的主要方向。针对现有加工过程仿真模型中存在的问题,最后指出了必须加强物理仿真的研究,以进行几何仿真与物理仿真的无缝集成。
【Abstract】 Virtual NC machining process simulation (VNCMPS) is divided into geometric simulation and physical simulation. The research on the geometric simulation is rather thorough. The paper summarizes several common ways of realizing machining process simulation (MPS). Due to its complicated cutting mechanisms and difficult modeling, we can study only on physical simulation in theory at present, toward which MPS will develop in the future. To solve some questions of MPS model, the article points out finally that we must strengthen the research on physical simulation; and make seamless integration on geometric simulation and physical simulation.
