谐振接地电网的电容电流自动跟踪测量
Automatic Tracing of Grounding Capacitance Current in Resonance Grounding Power Systems
【摘要】 随着系统电容电流的不断增大,越来越多的电网采用谐振接地方式.谐振接地方式有效地抑制了单相接地故障电弧的重燃和弧光过电压的发生,这使得中压电网的运行可靠性得到了很大的提高.谐振接地方式推广的一个重要技术难点是系统电容电流的自动跟踪测量问题.针对这一问题,在对现有的几种自动跟踪测量方法进行分析比较的基础上,提出了一种改进E0法.10kV高压物理模拟实验表明:该方法可有效识别系统是处于过补偿状态还是欠补偿状态,并可在线实时校正E0法的值.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> With the increase of grounding capacitance of the power system, more and more MV systems become resonant grounded systems to suppress grounded arcs more effectively. The installation of arc-suppression coil could greatly increase the reliability of MV power system. It is a key technology to follow up quickly with the change of grounding capacitance currents in the MV power systems. To solve this problem, this paper first proposes several automatic following methods used now. And at the same time a new method, called improved E0 method, is proposed in this paper, which can follow up the variety of network and get self revised. Results acquired in the 10 kV physical simulation system are good.
