一种改进的进化规划算法在原料库存优化中的应用
An Improved Evolutionary Computation Algorithm and its Application in Material Stock Optimization
【摘要】 库存控制是现代企业,特别是连续生产企业物流管理的一项重要内容。针对某有色冶金企业原料库存的实际情况,建立一个以资金损耗最小为直接性能指标的原料库存优化模型,并利用一种进化规划的算法对该模型进行优化。仿真及实际运行结果表明:进化规划算法有效地克服了传统遗传算法容易早熟收敛的缺点,具有全局收敛性,同时还能加快遗传进化的速度,得到令人满意的全局最优解。
【Abstract】 Material inventory control is an important aspect of logistics management in modern enterprise. An optimal inventory model is established for a nonferrous metallurgy enterprise to minimize the cost based on its characteristics of raw material stock. Then a evolutionary computation algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. Simulation and practical result show that this method not only accelerates the evolution process, but also overcomes premature convergence of GAs and improves the convergence efficiency, thus ensureing optimal solution.
