安钢高线飞剪“零位”检测装置改造
Reformation of zero position sensing device of flying shear used in high-speed wire rod line of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.
【摘要】 简要介绍了安钢高速线材轧机生产线飞剪电气控制系统及其主要在线检测元件(装置)的组成,重点阐述了飞剪“零位”检测装置在实际工作中存在的问题及采取的针对性改造措施,改造后保证了飞剪控制系统功能的正常发挥,杜绝了相应的工艺及设备事故,促进了生产作业率及成材率的提高
【Abstract】 The electric control system and the main sensing component of flying shear used in high-speed wire rod line of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.are introduced.The existing problems and relative countermeasures of zero position sensing device are mainly described.After reformation,the operating rate and yield are obviously increased.
