人工神经网络方法预报热轧带钢的卷取温度
Prediction coiling temperature of hot rolled strip by artificial neural network
【摘要】 针对我国热轧带钢生产中普遍存在的卷取温度控制精度较低问题 ,采用神经网络与数学模型相结合的方法 ,以某热轧厂生产为例 ,构造了BP神经网络 ,使卷取温度控制精度达到了± 15℃。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of low control precision of coiling temperature of hot rolled strip,which is common in hot strip plants of China,the artificial neural network is applied.Taking example for a hot strip plant production,the BP network is established,and the prediction error can be controlled within ±15℃.
