PA1212-b-PTMG动态黏度对振荡力场及温度的影响
Dynamic Viscosity Response of PA1212-b-PTMG to the Frequency and Temperature
【摘要】 采用Haake旋转流变仪对尼龙1212-b-聚四氢呋喃(PA1212-b-PTMG)系列嵌段共聚物熔体的动态流变行为进行研究,结果表明:嵌段共聚物样品熔体线性黏弹区缩短,复合黏度对频率响应有Cross方程拟合性,熔体均表现出非牛顿流体的特征,PA1212-b-PTMG熔体动态黏度对温度的敏感性比均聚尼龙1212低,耐热性能下降.
【Abstract】 The rheological behaviors of PA1212-b-PTMG with different molecular weight of polyamide blocks are studied using a Haake rheometer with parallel plates geometry. The results show that the range of linear viscoelastic is shortened due to the PTMG, and the relationship between the complex viscosity and the frequency is fit to the Cross model at some temperatures . The activation energy of the melt flow is obtained through temperature scan at a fixed frequency. It shows that the sensitivity of the multiblock copolymers appears mildly to the temperature when they are compared with the pure PA1212 melt .
