氢氧化镍化成产物的XRD研究
Study on the Formation Product of Nickel Hydroxide by XRD
【摘要】 用粉末X衍射(XRD)方法研究了球型β-Ni(OH)2在不同苛性碱电解液中充电化成产物的结构变化.结果表明:在电解电流一定的情况下,控制电解液浓度可以控制化成产物的晶型.适量LiOH仅对提高充电效率有贡献,但它既不会阻止也不会促进γ-NiOOH相的生成.采用4.0~5.0mol/L的KOH或NaOH溶液,再添加部分LiOH的混合苛性碱溶液作为化成电解液或电池电解液,既可以保证足够高的溶液电导及低温电导,又可以有效抑制γ-NiOOH相的生成.
【Abstract】 The structural changes of Ni(OH)2 during charge process in different alkaline electrolytes have been studied by X-ray diffraction .The results show that the formation product of nickel hydroxide can be controlled in certain electrolyte concentration with constant current.Suitable LiOH can improve the charge efficiency of nickel electrode ,but it is inefficient on the formation of γ-NiOOH. The electrolyte containing 4.0~5.0 mol/L KOH(or NaOH) and suitable LiOH can not only offer high conductance but also suppress the formation of γ-NiOOH effectively.
