【摘要】 对我国8个省、区的120份不同品种、不同类型花生果的壳中木犀草素含量进行了测定。测定结果发现,不同品种、不同类型花生果的壳中木犀草素含量有很大差异,最低含量为0.050%,最高含量达到0.475%,含量高低相差可达9倍以上。同一类型花生在不同地区种植,其壳中木犀草素含量也有明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The luteolin content of the 120 peanut hulls samples from 8 provinces and areas of our country was determined. The results showed that the luteolin content of different cultivars and types peanut hulls differed significantly. The lowest and greatest content of luteolin were 0.050% and 0.475% respectively and the greatest one was over 9 times as the lowest one.更多还原
