【摘要】 为观察参附注射液对老年髋部术后肠屏障的影响,将40例老年髋部手术患者分为对照组和参附注射液组(参附组)各20例,参附组于术前第1天至术后第5天每天静脉滴注参附注射液,对照组则输入等量生理盐水。分别于术前第1天、术后第2天、术后第5天时测定血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、血浆内毒素(LPS)水平。结果显示术前第1天对照组与参附组比较,血浆DAO、LPS水平无显著差异(P>0.05);术后第2、5天时参附组LPS、DAO较对照组显著增高(均P<0.01);组间相比较,术后第2天时血浆中DAO水平显著高于术前第1天及术后第5天(P<0.01)。表明老年髋部围手术期应用参附静脉滴注可有效减轻或抑制血中LPS、DAO水平,减轻肠粘膜细胞结构和功能破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the protective effect of “SHEN-FU ZHUSHEYE” (SFZ, Injection of Ginseng and Prepared Aconite) on the intestinal barrier of senile patient after hip surgery, 40 patients that had received hip surgery were divided into the SFZ and control groups (n=20 cases each), which were given SFZ and the same volume of normal saline by intravenous drip from the first day before, and to the fifth day after operation, respectively; the plasma levels of DAO and LPS were measured on the first day before surgery and on the second and fifth day after surgery, resplectively. The results showed that on the first day before surgery, there was no significant difference of the SFZ group from the control in the plasma DAO and LPS (P > 0.05) but on the second and fifth day after surgery, the DAO and LPS of the SFZ group were significantly increased in comparison with the control (P < 0.01); the plasma DAO level on the second day after surgery was significantly higher than that on the first day before surgery and on the fifth day after surgery (P < 0.01), suggesting that the intravenous drip of SFZ in the pre- and post-surgical period of senile hip surgery could effectively reduce or inhibit the plasma levels of DAO and LPS and abate the disturbance of the structure and function of the intestinal mucosal cells.更多还原
