【摘要】 为探讨慢性骨髓炎患者的红细胞免疫功能和复方黄连液对它的影响。将 6 4例慢性骨髓炎患者随机分为复方黄连液组和庆大霉素组各 32例 ,观察治疗前和治疗后 1、2、3个月患者红细胞免疫诸指标的变化 ,并将治疗前指标与正常人对比。结果显示 ,慢性骨髓炎患者红细胞免疫诸指标显著低于正常人 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;在治疗后 3个月 ,所有病例的红细胞免疫指标高于治疗前 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,且复方黄连液组优于庆大霉素组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。表明慢性骨髓炎患者的红细胞免疫功能降低 ,复方黄连液能显著提高慢性骨髓炎患者的红细胞免疫功能 ,为临床运用提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the paper is to study the RBC immune function in chronic osteomyelitis (CO) and the influence of compound Coptis Liquid (CCL) on it. Sixty four cases of CO were divided into Group A and Group B (32 cases each), which were treated by CCL and by Gentamicin, respectively; the changes of RBC immune indices of the two groups were observed one, two and three months before and after the treatment; and the pre-treatment indices were compared with those of the normal persons. The results showed that the RBC immune indices of CO cases were significantly lower than those of the normal (P < 0.05 - 0.01); the RBC immune indices of all cases three months after treatment were higher than the pre-treatment ones with a significant difference (P < 0.05 - 0.01); Group A had an advantage over Group B (P < 0.05 - 0.01), suggesting that the RBC immune function of CO cases were reduced; CCL functions to improve the RBC immune function of CO cases, which offers a theoretic basis for the clinical application of CCL.更多还原
