脑弥漫性轴索损伤螺旋CT节段重建的参数优化
Optimal Parameters of SCT Segment Reconstruction for the Brain Diffuse Axonal Injury
【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT头部节段重建技术的最佳参数。材料和方法对100例正常人和58例脑弥漫性轴索损伤的燥动患者行同一参数(280mA,120kV,1s)和不同数目(2、3、4、5、6)节段重建。结果节段重建图像中2~6节段对双侧脑室、Ⅲ、Ⅳ脑室,中脑导水管及直径为1~3cm的出血显示较好,与同层静止期常规扫描无显著性差异。但出血小于1cm,4和6节段重建的检出率分别为96.3%、86.4%。58例患者重建前脑弥漫性轴索损伤的确诊率55.2%,重建后为91.4%。结论螺旋CT节段重建可提高脑弥漫性轴索损伤燥动患者出血的检出率,280mA,120kV,1s,2~6节段重建可作为其参考条件,而直径小于1cm的出血可减少到4节段重建图像中观察为宜。
【Abstract】 Purpose: To study optimal parameters of SCT segment reconstruction for the Brain Diffuse Axonal Injury. Materials and Methods: The heads were scanned with the same parameters(280 mA , 120 kV, 1 s) and different segment reconstruction ( 2,3,4,5,6 segments) in 100 normal people and 58 cases with DAI. Results: Of the segment reconstruction images, 2~6 segment reconstruction images showed well the Lateral ventricle, 3th, 4th ventricle, cerebral aqueduet and the hemorrhage in the diameter of 1~3cm. There was no significant difference between 2~6 segment and standard reconstruction images.The detective rate was 96.3% and 86.4% respectively in the hemorrhage of the diameter less than 1cm on the 4 and 6 segment reconstruction images. The correct rate of 58 cases with DAI respectively was 55.2 % and 91.4 % on the standard and segment reconstruction images. Conclusion: SCT segment reconstruction images could well improve to find hemorrhage and diagnose DAI as the reference with 280 mA, 120 kV, 1 s and 2~6 segment reconstruction images. But 4 segment reconstruction images were satisfied to detect small foci.
