【摘要】 目的探讨参附合香丹注射液对慢性肺心病并发多脏器功能衰竭(MOF)的疗效。方法将77例病人随机分为两组,治疗组38例,在西医治疗的基础上,给予参附注射液1mL/kg、香丹注射液20mL,加入生理盐水250mL,静脉输注,每日1次,10d为1个疗程;对照组仅予西医治疗。观察治疗前后两组血气分析(PaO2、PaCO2)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、心排血量(CO)、射血分数(EF)、意识、呕吐、黑便等指标的变化。结果治疗组的显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附合香丹注射液对慢性肺心病并发多脏器功能衰竭疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of Shengfu Injection （SFI） and Xiangdan Injection （XDI） for treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with multiple organs failure （MOF）.Methods Seventy-seven patients （pts） with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with MOF were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty-eight pts were selected as treatment group treated with SFI, XDI and western medicine for 10 days as one course. The pts in control group were treated with western medicine treatment. Blood gas analysis, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Cr）, Cardiac output （CO）, ejection fraction（EF）, consciousness and haematemesis were compared between the treatment group and the control group.Results The total Effective rate in the treatment group was 92.1% and that in the control group was 69.3%（P<0.05）.The blood gas analysis（PaO₂, PaCO₂）,BUN, Cr,CO,EF showed significant improvement in treatment group pre- and post-therapy （P<0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of SFI and XDI for chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with MOF was better than that by Western medicine treatment only.更多还原
