补阳还五汤对糖尿病并发脑梗死的治疗作用
The Efficiency and Mechanism of Buyanghuanwu Decoction for Cerebral Infarction in patients with Diabetes Mellitus.
【摘要】 目的探讨补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病并发脑梗死的疗效和可能的机制。方法应用补阳还五汤治疗65例糖尿病并发脑梗死病人,评价其神经功能恢复情况、血清脂质、血清铁蛋白含量,并与对照组72例进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为89.1%,对照组为65.0%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病并发脑梗死病人血清脂质和铁蛋白含量明显高于正常人,治疗组以补阳还五汤治疗1个月后,血清脂质和铁蛋白均下降,而对照组改变不明显。结论补阳还五汤对糖尿病并发脑梗死病人神经功能缺损的恢复具有促进作用,其机制可能与减轻脂质过氧化物对血管内皮的损伤,提高抗氧化酶活性,改善神经细胞的缺血缺氧状态有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the protective action and its mechanism of Buyanghuanwu decoction for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Sixty-five cases of cerebral infarction were treated Buyanghuanwu decoction (treatment group),72 cases were treated with conventional method (control group).Results The efficiency in treatment group was 89.1%,and that in control group was 65.0% (P<0.01).The neural function,level of plasma lipid and peroxide improved.LPO and Serum iron protein decreased in treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion The data suggest that Buyanghuanwu decoction promotes recovery of neural function,relieves vascular endothelial damage by LPO,increases antioxidase activity and improve the ischemia and hypoxia of brain tissue.
