【摘要】 目的　观察参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响。方法　将70例病人分为两组,两组均以西医常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液治疗,疗程为2周,治疗前后采用放射免疫法检测三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3 )、甲状腺素(T4)、反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT3 )及促甲状腺素(TSH)指标。结果　治疗组总有效率较对照组高;经2周治疗后,治疗组和对照组T3 、T4由治疗前较低水平显著升高,rT3 由治疗前的较高水平显著降低(P <0 .0 5 )。而治疗组治疗后这3项指标与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　参麦注射液可纠正CHF病人异常的甲状腺激素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection to Congestive Heart Failure（CHF） and its influence on thyroid hormones.Methods 70 patients of CHF were divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine,the Shenmai Injection was given to the treatment group additionally. The course was 2 weeks. Blood level of triiodothyronine（T₃）,thyroxine（T₄）,reverse triiodothyronine（rT₃） and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） of all patients were detected before and after the treatment by radioimmunoassay.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in control group. Two weeks after treatment, level of T₃ and T₄ in all patients increased significantly and that of rT₃ s decreased ignificantly（P<0.05,P<0.01）.T₃,T₄ and rT₃ had significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05～P<0.01）.Conclusion Shenmai Injection has a good effect on patients with CHF, and it also has regulatory effect on their abnormal thyroid hormones.更多还原
