【摘要】 目的　观察悦安欣联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病的临床疗效。方法　将6 4例肺心病病人随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用悦安欣注射液2 0mL加入5%葡萄糖2 50mL中静脉输注;酚妥拉明1 0mg加入5%葡萄糖2 50mL中静脉输注,每日1次,对照组给予常规治疗,1 0d为1个疗程,然后进行疗效比较。结果　治疗组总有效率为87.50 % ,对照组为6 3.6 5% ,两组比较有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5)。结论　悦安欣联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combination therapy with yueanxin and phentolamine in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group (n=32) and control group(n=32) .Both of the groups were treated with conventional therapy.yueanxin(20 mL) and phentolamine(10 mg)were given in the therapeutic group.once a day for 10 days.Results The total effect in therapeutic group and control group were 87.50% and 63.65%,respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combination therapy with Yueanxin and phentolamine in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease is positive .更多还原
