【摘要】 目的　观察疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　选择 186例不稳定型心绞痛病人 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,两组常规西药治疗相同 ,治疗组加用疏血通静脉输注 ,对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐静脉输注 ,治疗 15d后进行疗效评估 ,观察血液流变学的变化及血脂水平的变化。结果　治疗组显效 5 7例 ,有效 3 6例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为94.8%。对照组显效 3 2例 ,有效 43例 ,无效 15例 ,总有效率为 83 .3 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,治疗组治疗后血液黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇、三酰甘油明显下降 ,而红细胞比容下降不明显。结论　疏血通能降低血浆纤维蛋白原和血浆黏度 ,降低血脂水平 ,对不稳定型心绞痛有治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong(SXT) for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 186 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both of them were treated with the same routine western medicine and the former were treated with Shuxuetong, while the latter with Dextran-40 additionally via intravenous drip. After 15 days the therapeutic effect was evaluated on the changes of hemorheology and plasmas level.Results The therapeutic effect was excellent for 57cases,and effective for 36 cases,and noneffective for 3 cases and the total effective rate was 94.8% in the treatment group, while it was 32,43,15and 83.3% respectively in the control group. The therapeutic effect was much better in the treatment group compared with the control group. The blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma level of fibrinogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride decreased significantly while the hematocrit decreased unobviously in the treatment group.Conclusion shuxuetong can decrease plasma level of fibrinogen, lipid, blood and plasma viscosity as well, and it is of good effect unstable angina pectoris.更多还原
