【摘要】 目的　观察青海产冬虫夏草对肾性高血压大鼠血压、心肌肥大、心血管功能的影响。方法　将体重 160 g～ 180 g健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为 3组 :对照组、高血压组及治疗组。于术后第 10天 ,大鼠灌胃冬虫夏草煎剂2mL ,每天 2次连续 2 0d ,观察冬虫夏草对大鼠血压、心肌肥大、心血管功能的影响。结果　冬虫夏草明显降低肾性高血压大鼠血压 ,改善高血压大鼠的心肌肥大及血管重构。结论　冬虫夏草对肾性高血压有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of codyceps sinensis on blood pressure,hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy and vascular remodeling.Methods Wistar rats were treated with codyceps sinensis twice a day for 4 weeks.The effect of codyceps sinensis on blood pressure,hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy and vascular remodling were investigated.Results The RH rats could be prevented significantly by treatment with codycedp sinensis since their cardiac hypertrophy and vascular remodeling were reversed.Conclusion codycops sinensis has a curable role on renal hyperteniverats.更多还原
