【摘要】 通过整理、分析近 10年来中药对血脑屏障作用实验研究方面的资料 ,发现麝香、天麻、薄荷、石菖蒲等可以透过血脑屏障 ;川芎可以透过并对血脑屏障起保护作用 ,黄芪、人参合用维生素C可以保护血脑屏障 ;冰片可以促进血脑屏障的开放 ;活血化瘀治疗和中药复方对血脑屏障也有保护作用。这些研究成果可以更科学地解释中医理论 ,为中药的更好应用打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese medicines are classified by their actions on blood-brain barrier in this composition. Some can permeate BBB; some can not only permeate but also safeguard BBB; some may facilitate other medicine’s permeation and accelerate the cure of disease, while some is harmful to brain after permeation.
