【摘要】 目的:研究参附注射液对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左心功能的影响。方法:采用体内标记红细胞法,应用核素门控平衡法分别测定快速注射参附注射液前、注射后10分钟、30分钟、60分钟后左心功能参数HR、LVEF、PER、PFR的变化。结果:快速注射参附注射液对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心率无明显影响,使老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者LVEF、PER、PFR明显下降,注药后10分钟下降到高峰水平,60分钟后仍维持在较低水平,其中左心舒张期功能参数PFR下降幅度大于左心收缩期功能参数PFR。结论:快速注射参附注射液使老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the influence of the Cen-Fu injection in left heart function of the chronic heartfailure in old patient.Method: Gated cardiac blood pool imaging,with 99mTc-RBC in vivo,was done with sopha single photon emission tomography(SPECT),The heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak ejection rate(PER)and peak filling(PFR)were measured separately of the before intravenous injection shenfu injection,10 minutes after injection, 30 minute after injection and 60 minute after injection.Results: After intravenous injection the Cen-Fu injection,the patient heart rate does not have the obvious change,but LVEF,PER,PFR obviously drop,PFR drops especially obviously.10 minutes after injection, LVEF,PER,PFR drop to the peak level,after 60 minutes still maintained at the low level.Conclusion: The left heart function of the chronic heartfailure in old patient obviously drop After intravenous injection the Cen-Fu injection.更多还原
