发汗实验方法研究

【摘要】 目的探索一种评价发汗作用强度的新方法。方法以小鼠腋窝部皮肤汗腺导管内径作为发汗强度指标,测量麻黄汤对小鼠发汗量的影响。结果麻黄汤2g/kg、4g/kg、9g/kg的发汗量分别为0.240±0.079g、0.357±0.077g、0.556±0.082g,汗腺导管内径分别为0.783±0.155μm、2.235±0.273μm、3.298±0.318μm,皮肤汗腺导管内径与小鼠出汗量之间存在正相关关系(r=0.927)。结论以皮肤汗腺导管内径作为评价发汗强度的定量指标可行。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diaphoretic function of Mahuangtang (MHT,麻黄汤) in mice, to explore a new methods of diaphoresis experiment and to estimate sweating quantity. Methods: The sweating volume in mice was measured at 30 minute after administration of MHT,duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was taken as an index to estimate sweating quantity by tectology. Results: MHT at the dose of 2g/kg、4g/kg and 9g/kg exhibited markedly diaphoretic function in mice.The sweating volume was 0.240±0.079g,0.357±0.077g,0.556±0.082g,and the duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was 0.783±0.155μm,2.235±0.273μm,3.298±0.318μm,respectively. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the duct diameter and the sweating volume(r=0.927). Conclusions: Duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was regarded as a quantitative index to estimate sweating function.
