【摘要】 目的:从单味中药中筛选具有逆转乳腺癌细胞耐药性的逆转剂。方法:建立乳腺癌耐药细胞的细胞模型,采用SRB法测定单味中药及其对应血清的细胞毒性作用及其逆转作用。结果:理气类中药中延胡索具有对MCF-7/VCR耐药性的逆转作用,而且它的细胞毒作用很小;1.667g/L的延胡索可使MCF-7/VCR的耐药性逆转3.27倍。结论:延胡索能够有效地逆转乳腺癌细胞MCF-7/VCR的耐药性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To screen new drugs which can reverse the multidrug resistance (MDR) of mammary carcinoma cell MCF-7 from a large amounts of Chinese traditional medicine. Methods: We establish a cellular model of mammary carcinoma with MDR. The cytotoxicity and reverse effects of Chinese traditional medicine and their corresponding serums are identified using SRB assay. Results: Yanhusuo can reverse the resistance of MCF-7/VCR and its cytotoxicity is minimal. At the concentration of 1.667g/L, the reverse effects of yanhusuo on the multidrug resistance of MCF-7/VCR is 3.27 fold. Conclusion: Yanhusuo can efficiently reverse the resistance of MCF-7/VCR.更多还原
