不同地位猕猴正常月经周期血清中孕酮、雌二醇、泌乳素的变化

【摘要】 目的研究不同地位正常猕猴月经周期血中孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)的变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定血清中孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)含量。结果不同地位猕猴P在经前期含量升高,出现一分泌峰;高地位猕猴E2在黄体期与经前期升高,而低地位猕猴E2在卵泡期与经前期升高;不同地位猕猴PRL在黄体期与经前期略有升高。结论正常猕猴月经周期血清中P、E2、PRL变化特点与正常人类月经周期变化规律基本一致。

【Abstract】 To study of the changes progesterone（P）?estradiol（E2） and prolactin（PRL） in the serum of different status’macaques at different phases of normal menstrual cycle. Method: Hormones were detected with radioimmunoassay. Results: P of different status macaques has increased at premenstrual phase without significant difference. E2 of higher status macaque has increased at luteal and premenstrual phases,but E2 of higher status macaque increased at follicular and premenstrual phases. PRL has increased slightly at luteal and premenstrual phases. Conclusion: P?E2 and PRL changes in the serum of macaques is similar to human in normal menstrual cycle.
