【摘要】 目的观察嘛呢骨痹液对大鼠创伤性骨痹的治疗作用。方法手术制作大鼠创伤性骨痹模型,观察药物对组织形态学改变的影响。结果大剂量组大鼠软骨细胞明显增生,体积大,胞浆丰富,潮线消失,骨小梁明显增宽。结论嘛呢骨痹液对大鼠创伤性骨痹具有明显治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the protection of Mani Arthralgia Liquor on traumatic arthralgia. Methods: Traumatic arthralgia model was made by surgical traumatic methods in rats and histomorphology was observed. Results: Chondrocytes of rats in high dose group were hyperplastic, bulky and cells plasma was rich. Tidal line disappeared and the extent of bone trabeculae increased significantly. Conclusion: Mani Arthralgia Liquor could treat rats for trumatic arthralgia.更多还原
