【摘要】 目的　探讨冷冻胚胎复活情况及妊娠。方法　对 2 0 0 1年 9月～ 2 0 0 3年 9月在本中心实施体外授精胚胎移植失败 ,再次行冻融胚胎移植 30周期 2 8人进行回顾性分析。结果　 30周期 2 8人共冷冻胚胎 15 0个 ,复活 91个 ,复活率 6 0 .7% ,妊娠 8例 ,冷冻胚胎的妊娠率 2 8.6 % ,周期妊娠率 2 6 .7%。结论　冻融胚胎移植能增加一次取卵的总妊娠率 ,降低多胎率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the thawed outcome of cryoperservation embryos and the pregnancy outcome. Methods: A retrospective study was done on 30 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles (28 patients) that had failed in the first In-Vitro Fertilization(IVF) cycle .Results : A total of 150 embryos were thawed, of whom 91(60.7%) embryos were survival in 30 cycles(28 patients). There were 8 pregnancies,the pregnancy rates of cryoperservation and thawed of embryonic transplantation were 28.6% and the cycle pregnancy rates were 267%. Conclusion: The cryoperservation and thawed of embryonic transplantation can increase the pregnancy rates of one time oocyte retrieval and lowed multiple pregnancy rate.更多还原
