【摘要】 目的　分析男性不育症患者精浆抗精子抗体对精液相关参数的影响。方法　收集男性不育症患者 2 6 0例 ,均采用免疫珠法测定精浆抗精子抗体 (AsAb ,IgA或IgG型 ) ,根据结果分为AsAb阳性组 (41例 )和阴性组 (2 19例 )。结果　在这 2 6 0例男性不育症患者中精浆抗精子抗体检出率为 15 .77%。AsAb阳性组患者的精液主要参数 (精液密度、活动率、a +b活动力 )均低于AsAb阴性组患者 ,两组间比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　精浆抗精子抗体对精液主要参数有明显影响 ,是导致男性免疫性不育的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the relationship between semen antisperm antibody(AsAb) and main semen parameters in male infertile patients. Methods: AsAb and Semen analysis were measured and analyzed in 260 infertile men, the patients were distributed into two groups: AsAb-positive group(41cases) and AsAb-negative group(219 cases). Results: The positive rate of AsAb in all infertile patients was 15.77%. Sperm concentration, motility and a+b grade sperm concentration of AsAb-positive group were lower than that of AsAb-negative group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Semen AsAb could affect main semen parameters, it is one of the main causes of male infertility.更多还原
