【摘要】 目的优化金柚痰咳清片总黄酮含量测定的提取方法。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交实验设计,优选含量测定的最佳提取方法。结果超声提取的优化方法为:95!%乙醇,0.2 mL.mg-1药粉,超声提取30 min;索氏提取的优化方法为:95%乙醇,1.2 mL.mg-1药粉,索氏提取2 h。超声提取优化方法优于索氏提取。结论金柚痰咳清片总黄酮含量测定的优化提取方法为:95!%乙醇,0.2 mL.mg-1药粉,超声提取30 min。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction method for assaying Jinyou Tankeqing Tablets(JTT).Methods With the total flavonoids content as the index,Orthogonal Experimental Design was used to optimize the extraction condition for assaying JTT.Results The optimized ultrasonic extraction method was as follows: adding 0.2 mL·mg-1 powder to 95 % ethanol,extracting for 30 min;the optimized Sohlex extraction method was: adding 1.2 mL·mg-1 powder to 95 % ethanol,extracting for 2 h,the former method being better than the later.Conclusion The optimized extraction method for assaying JTT is adding 0.2 mL·mg-1 powder to 95 % ethanol and extracting for 30 min with ultrasonic wave.更多还原
