【摘要】 目的观察含体外培育牛黄的安宫牛黄丸治疗暑温风痰闭窍证(流行性乙型脑炎)的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机双盲和单盲对照法,与含天然牛黄的安宫牛黄丸对照研究,共治疗乙脑患者260例,其中含体外培育牛黄的安宫牛黄丸治疗组182例,对照组78例。结果治疗组与对照组的愈显率分别为94.50%,88.46%,总有效率分别为99.45%,97.44%。两种牛黄的安宫牛黄丸均有较好的疗效,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。ECG及实验室各项检查表明,两种牛黄的安宫牛黄丸对病人均无明显毒副作用。结论含体外培育牛黄的安宫牛黄丸治疗流行性乙型脑炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan(ANW)including in -vitro cultured Calulus Bovis in the treatment of sum mer warm syndrome differentiated as wind -phlegm blocking orifices(i.e.epidemic encephalitis B)and to evaluate its safety.Methods Using the randomized double -blind a nd single -blind control methods,182cases of epidemic encephalitis B were enrolled into the experimental group and were treated with ANWin-cluding in -vitro cultured Calculus Bovis,and 78case in the control grou p were treated with ANWincluding natural Cal-culus Bovis.Results The cured and the markedly effective rate was 94.50%in the experimental group and 88.46%in the control group,and the total effe ctive rate was 99.45%and 97.44%in th e experimental group and in the contr ol group respectively,the difference being insignificant (P>0.05).The results of electrocardiography and the laboratory ex-amination showed that neither ANWin cluding natural Calculus Bovis nor A NWincluding in -vitro cultured Calc ulus Bo-vis had obviously toxic and side effe cts in treating epidemic encephalitis B.Conclusion ANW including in -vitro cul-tured Calculus Bovis has an markedly effect in the treatment of epidemic e ncephalitis B.更多还原
