【摘要】 目的从菘蓝中提取出4种有效成分(编以代码为6号,7号,8号,9号),观察4种有效成分及其配伍抗腺病毒活性。方法通过观察细胞病变效应(CPE),噻唑兰(MTT)比色法检测细胞活性,以确定4种有效成分及其配伍抗腺病毒的作用。结果菘蓝的4种有效成分及其配伍组合对腺病毒生物合成都有抑制作用。随着药物浓度的增加,CPE逐渐减弱,病毒的抑制率增加。结论菘蓝的4种有效成分及其配伍组合能在体外通过抑制生物合成发挥抗腺病毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the in -vitro anti -ad enovirus activity of the four active components of Isatis tinc-toria L.(No.6,7,8,and 9)and their combination.Methods Anti -adenovirus effects were investigated by observing the cytopathic effect(CPE)and detecting the cellular activity with MTT colorimetric assay.Results The four active com-ponents and their combination had in hibitory effect on the biological sy nthesis;with the increase of the drug concent ra-tion,the CPE effect decreased and in hibitory rate for virus increased.Conclusion The four active components and their combination have anti -adenovirus a ctivity by inhibiting the biological synthesis in vitro.更多还原
