前列腺癌分子影像学研究进展
Progress of molecular imaging in prostate cancer
【摘要】 前列腺癌是男性最常见的非上皮性恶性肿瘤,早期诊断是治疗的关键。新的影像学成像方法能够在分子水平反映出癌细胞的基因和生化变化。主要包括MRI、MRS、PET及光学成像等。这些手段能够无创显示前列腺癌的个体差异并且为早期诊断、随访及预后提供有价值的信息。
【Abstract】 Prostate cancer is one of the most common non-cutaneous malignancy in male. New methods to diagnose this cancer in its early stages are needed. Molecular imaging can detect genetic and biochemical changes processes in cancer cells at the molecular level. Molecular imaging includes MRI, MRS, PET and optical imaging. These techniques are non-invasive and can spare the patient undue morbidity, while potentially providing early diagnosis, accurate follow-up and valuable prognostic information.
