【摘要】 目的探讨老年糖尿病下肢动脉病变的彩色多普勒超声检查诊断价值。方法对150例临床确诊为糖尿病的老年患者进行双下肢动脉彩色超声检查。结果150例糖尿病患者中有136例下肢动脉有不同程度的动脉粥样硬化改变,发生率为90.7%。单纯老年糖尿病患者83例,其中病变发生在膝关节以下者62例,占74.7%;多部位病变者49例,占59%;双下肢病变者57例,占68.6%;糖尿病伴心脑血管疾病53例,其中双下肢及多部位病变者50例,占94.3%。结论彩色超声检查诊断不仅准确反映有症状糖尿病下肢动脉病变性质、部位、范围和程度,并且对早期无症状糖尿病下肢动脉病变能提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing the lower extremity artery disease in old age diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Bilateral lower extremities of 150 patients with old age DM were scanned with color Doppler ultrasound. Results There were 136 in 150 (90.9%) DM patients had atherosclerosis with various severity in the lower extremity arteries. Fifty-seven in 83 (68.6%) patients with old age DM had arterial disease below the knee. Fifty-three cases with old age DM had extremity arterial disease, as well as hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and cerebral infarction. There were 50 cases (94.3%) with bilateral lower extremities arterial disease in multiple segments. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography can provide information on site, length, severity of lower-extremity arterial diseases not only in the patients with clinical symptoms, but also in the DM patients with early stage of arterial disease without clinical symptoms.更多还原
