螺旋CT三维及多平面重建在骨盆骨折中的临床应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示法(SSD)及最大密度投影法(MIP)在骨盆骨折诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析50 例骨盆骨折患者的MPR、SSD及MIP图像;所有病例均用Marconi Ultra Z型螺旋CT机扫描,并在独立工作站上用MPR、SSD 及MIP技术获得多平面和三维图像。结果 MPR、SSD及MIP重建图像清晰显示了50例共82处骨盆骨折;MPR在发现骨折方面较MIP、SSD好,而MIP、SSD在显示骨折的位置、范围、移位情况及术后内固定钉方面较MPR好。结论 螺旋CT MPR、SSD及MIP是诊断骨盆骨折的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), shaded surface display (SSD) and maximum intensity projection (MIP) of spiral CT for pelvis fractures. Methods The images of MPR, SSD and MIP in 50 patients of pelvis fractures were retrospectively analyzed. The pelvis were examined by spiral CT, then the multiplanar and three-dimensional images were obtained by techniques of SSD, MIP and MPR on a workstation. Results On the images of MPR, SSD and MIP, 82 pelvis fractures in 50 patients were displayed clearly. MPR were better than MIP and SSD in finding the fracture lines of pelvis. However, MIP and SSD were better than MPR in showing the region, range, shift of fracture,and the inner-fixed equipment after operation. Conclusion MPR, SSD and MIP with spiral CT are the effective methods to diagnose pelvic fracture.
