【摘要】 目的 :评价不同产地土垅大白蚁菌圃药材的质量。方法 :采用日立L - 880 0型全自动氨基酸分析仪测定 12批不同产地土垅大白蚁菌圃总氨基酸和游离氨基酸的含量。结果 :10个样品均含有 17～19种总氨基酸、15～ 18种游离氨基酸 ,其中必需和半必需氨基酸占总氨基酸或游离氨基酸总量的 4 8.4 9～ 5 2 .4 7%或 4 7.5 5～ 75 .6 6 %。结论 :不同产地的土垅大白蚁菌圃均含有丰富的氨基酸 ,具有较高的药用价值 ,但含量随产地不同而异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate quality of Macrotermes annadalei fungus gardens from different grouing area.Methed:The content of total and free amino acid of Nidus Macrotermis from twelve different grouing area was determined by HITACHI L-8800 high speed amino acid analyzer.Result:In earch twelve samples there were seventeen to nighteen kinds of total amino acid,fifteen to eighteen kinds of free amino acid.essential and semi-essential amino acid was 48.49～52.47% of total amino acid,and 47.55～75.66% of free amino acid.Conclusion:There were rich amino acid in Macrotermes annadalei fungus gardens from different grouing area.Which were of higher medical value,but the content of amino acid was different as its different grouing area.更多还原
