【摘要】 建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法测定柳枝皮提取物中水杨苷的含量。色谱柱为Shim-packCLC-ODS(6.0mmi.d×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比为20∶80),在213nm波长处检测。研究结果表明:水杨苷的检测限为25ng,线性范围为8.00～80.00mg/L,回归方程为A=0.0642C(241.2501(r=0.9995),加样平均回收率为94.32%。方法操作简便、快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC)method has been developed for determination of salicin in extract of widdow bark.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Shim-pack CLC-ODS( 6.0 mm i.d× 150 mm column, 5 μm )with methol -0.01 mol/L KH 2PO 4 buffer( 20∶80 ,volume ratio)as mobile phase and UV detector at 213 nm .The salicin in widdow bark extracts was extracted with 10 ng .The calibration curve showed a good linearity( r =0.999 5) .And the average recovery of the method was 94 32%.The rapid and accurate method is particularly suitable for the determination of salicin in widdow bark extracts.更多还原
