【Abstract】 While working for the objective of building an overall well-to-do society,the development of rural areas and the solving of"Three F"problems(i.e.Farming,Farmer and Farming areas)depend on the farmers themselves.The migrant workers emerged since the adoption of reform and opening up policy are the progressive group and the representatives of adˉvanced productivity in rural areas.The United Front departments may enhance the construction of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and its industrial associations,contact with industrial and commercial individuals,guide the migrant workers to go back home and start up their own business,and cooperate with each other in terms of market,projects and capital,thus establishing area economy and accelerating the progress of"multi-industrialization"in rural areas.更多还原
