【摘要】 目的:研究羌活挥发油-β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以包合率和收率为指标,筛选出饱和水溶液法的最佳工艺条件,并用差示扫描量热法和薄层层析法验证包合物的形成。结果:最佳包合条件为:β-环糊精和油的比例4:1,包合温度60℃,搅拌1 h。结论:包合条件易于控制,所得包合物包合率和收率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the optimum inclusion process condition for oil from Rhizoma seu radix notopterygii. Method: In saturated water solution method, the optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test with encapsulation rate and yield rate as the index of evaluation. The quality of inclusion compound was checked by DSC and TLC. Result: The optimum inclusion process condition was the proportion of 4:1(g:mL) for β-cyclodextrin to oil, inclusion temperature at 60℃ and including for 1 hour. Conclusion: The inclusion condition was easily controlled. The encapsulation rate and yield rate of the inclusion compound were high.更多还原
