【摘要】 目的:建立灯盏花素注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法:按《中国药典》2000年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查方法及指导原则进行实验。将灯盏花素注射液经240倍稀释,用标示灵敏度为0.25EU·ml-1的鲎试剂检测其细菌内毒素。结果:灯盏花素注射液稀释240倍对鲎试剂无干扰作用。结论:可以用细菌内毒素检查法对灯盏花素注射液进行热原检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxins test of Dengzhanhuasu injection. Method: The experiment was conducted according to the bacterial endotoxins test procedure and guiding principle in Chinese Phamacopoeia 2000 ( Ⅱ part). The Dengzhanhuasu injection was diluted to 240 times, the bacterial endotoxins could be tested by TAL of which sensitivity showed as 0. 25 EU ml-1. Result: The interference effect could be excluded by diluting Dengzhanhuasu injection to 240 times. Conclusion: The bacterial endotoxins test can be used for testing the pyrogen in Dengzhanhuasu injection.更多还原
