【摘要】 目的:观察复方甘草甜素注射液治疗急性荨麻疹的疗效和不良反应。方法:我院2003年1月～2003年12月60例住院病人随机分为复方甘草甜素组31例和不用复方甘草甜素对照组29例,比较两组用药后的临床疗效和住院时间。结果:两组有效率在12d无统计学差异,分别为96.77%和96.55%,在6d有统计学差异分别为87.10%和62.07%两组。平均住院时间为(5.1±2.7)d和(6.7±2.9)d。结论:静滴复方甘草甜素注射液治疗急性荨麻疹能缩短住院时间,疗效显著,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of compound glycycrrhizin injection in the treatment of patients with acute urticaria. Method: 60 patients were divided into compound glycycrrhizin group (31 patients) and controlled group (29 patients).The efficacies of two groups were compared. Result: The symptom improving rate was (96.77%) in treated group and (96.55%) in controlled group. Both groups had similarly effective in the treatment of the patients with acute urticaria for 12 days.but they had significant difference for 6 days, both were (87.10%) and (62.07%), respectively.The mean time of admission were ((5.1)±(2.7))d and ((6.7)±(2.9))d, respectively.Conclusion: It’s effective that compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of patients with acute urticaria.
