【摘要】 目的:建立金荞麦药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用C18色谱柱,水(用磷酸调pH值至3.00±0.02)乙腈(92∶8)为流动相,检测波长280nm,柱温35℃。结果:本研究建立的分析方法有较好的重复性,确定了金荞麦药材的11个共有峰,不同产地的金荞麦药材共有峰相对峰面积有一定的差异。结论:本方法简单可靠,可用于金荞麦药材质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a fingerprints of rhizoma fagopyri cymosi （RFC） by HPLC. Method: The Symmetry C₁₈ column（5 μm ,（3.9） mm×150 mm） was used, the water （adjust pH value to （3.00）±（0.02） with phosphoric acid）–acetonitrile （92∶8） as mobile phase, the detecting wavelength was at 280 nm, the column temperature was （35 ℃）.Result: This method had a good repeatability, a total of 11 common peaks were identified, the common peak relative to of peak area had a certain different in the different habitat. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of rbizoma fagopyri cymosi.更多还原
