金荞麦HPLC指纹图谱的研究

【摘要】 目的:建立金荞麦药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用C18色谱柱,水(用磷酸调pH值至3.00±0.02)乙腈(92∶8)为流动相,检测波长280nm,柱温35℃。结果:本研究建立的分析方法有较好的重复性,确定了金荞麦药材的11个共有峰,不同产地的金荞麦药材共有峰相对峰面积有一定的差异。结论:本方法简单可靠,可用于金荞麦药材质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a fingerprints of rhizoma fagopyri cymosi (RFC) by HPLC. Method: The Symmetry C18 column(5 μm ,(3.9) mm×150 mm) was used, the water (adjust pH value to (3.00)±(0.02) with phosphoric acid)–acetonitrile (92∶8) as mobile phase, the detecting wavelength was at 280 nm, the column temperature was (35 ℃).Result: This method had a good repeatability, a total of 11 common peaks were identified, the common peak relative to of peak area had a certain different in the different habitat. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of rbizoma fagopyri cymosi.
