均匀设计法考察乳酸环丙沙星葡萄糖注射液制备工艺

【摘要】 目的:考察活性炭吸附环丙沙星的影响因素。方法:通过均匀设计法对药物浓度、pH值、加炭量、温度和加热时间等因素进行考察。结果:活性炭对环丙沙星有明显的吸附作用,在环丙沙星浓度为2.0%,pH值为5.0,加炭量为0.02%,温度为60℃及加热时间为10min的优化条件下时,活性炭对环丙沙星的吸附量最小。环丙沙星在pH3.0-5.0时稳定性好。结论:配制环丙沙星葡萄糖注射液时要对上述影响因素进行控制,提高产品质量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the influencing factors the active charcoal adsorption to ciprofcoxacin. Method: The factors, such as drug concentration, pH value, added amount for active charcoal, temperature of solution, and added time for heat, which influenced the active charcoal adsorption to ciprofcoxacin were studied by uniform design. Result: The study result indicated that the active charcoal presented an obvious adsorption effect of ciprofcoxacin. The absorption amount of the active charcoal to ciprofcoxacin was induced to the smallest in the drug concentration was 2.0% , pH of 4.0, added amount for active charcoal 0.02% , temperature 60℃, and heat-added time 10 minutes. The stability of ciprofloxacin was good when pH was at 3-5. Conclusion: The above factors affecting the active charcoal adsorption to ciprofcoxacin would be controlled in preparation of ciprofcoxacin lactated and glucose injection to enhance quality of products .
