【摘要】 目的:建立盐酸川芎嗪氯化钠注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量检测方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为295nm。结果:盐酸川芎嗪在3.0-15.0μg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000,n=5),回收率为100.3％,RSD为0.65％(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便、快捷,结果准确,尤适用于药厂、医院对该制剂半成品的质量控制和快速分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of ligustrazine hydrochloride in ligustrazine hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. Method: The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used. The detecting wavelength was at 295 nm. Result: The linear range of ligustrazine hydrochloride was 3.0-15.0 μg·ml-1 (r = 1.000 0,n =5). The average recovery was 100.3% ,RSD = 0.65%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and suitable for the the content determination of this injection.更多还原
