【摘要】 目的:调查男性海洛因依赖者及其配偶的婚姻质量状况。方法:采用Olson婚姻质量量表(ENRICH)评定112例海洛因依赖者及其非成瘾配偶。结果:男性海洛因依赖者及其配偶的婚姻质量明显低于常模,配偶的婚姻质量低于患者。结论:男性海洛因依赖者及其配偶的婚姻质量明显降低。患者及配偶双方在婚姻满意度、性格相容性、夫妻交流及解决冲突方式、业余活动、性生活、与亲友的关系等方面存在不和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the marital quality of the male heroin addicts with their spouses. Methods: 112 married male heroin addicts and their wives were evaluated with Olson Marital Quality Inventory (ENRICH). Results: The marital quality of the male heroin addicts with their spouses was lower as compared with the normal reference. The scores of their wives were lower than that of heroin addicts. Conclusion: The marital quality of male heroin addicts with their wives was obviously decreased. The relationships were not adjusted properly in satisfaction level of marriage, tolerance of character, communication, model of solving conflicts, spare-time activity, sex, concerns with relatives.更多还原
