【摘要】 目的:观察曲唑酮治疗海洛因依赖患者勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效和不良反应。方法:将94例海洛因依赖伴ED患者随机分为二组。治疗组42例,使用曲唑酮治疗4周,对照组52例。二组均在住院期间使用美沙酮替代递减脱毒治疗。进行二组比较观察疗效与不良反应,以不良反应量表和实验室检查评定其不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈1例,显著进步6例,进步9例,有效率为38.10%;而对照组痊愈0例,显著进步1例,进步3例,有效率为7.69%。二组有效率比较统计学上存在非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。不良反应主要是轻度的口干、头痛、困倦。结论:曲唑酮对海洛因依赖伴ED患者有较好的疗效,不良反应少,安全性较高,可在脱毒期间使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect and adverse reaction of trazodone in the treatment of heroin addicts with ED. Methods: 94 heroin addicts with ED were randomized to two groups: treatment group of 42 patients treated with trazodone for 4 weeks, control group of 52 patients. Two groups were treated with methadone to detoxificate themselves in the hospital. The effect and adverse reaction were observed in these two groups. The adverse reaction was evaluated with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale and laboratory examines. Results: In the treatment group, 1 case was recovered, 6 cases got marked progress, 9 cases got some progress. The efficacy rate was 38.10%. In the control group, no case was recovered, 1 case got marked progress, 3 cases got some progress. The efficacy rate was 7.69%. There was significant difference between the efficacy rats of two groups (P < 0.001). The side effects were as follows: slight dryness, headache and sleepiness. Conclusion: Trazodone is effective, safe, with less side effect in the treatment of heroin addicts with ED.更多还原
